Pretty Little Piece Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pretty Little Piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a store credit (*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE*). 

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, soiled, or damaged in any way. We also do not accept returns for custom items, such as items that have been altered or personalized. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In order to process your return, please contact us at thegirls@prettylittlepiece.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact us.


 Jewelry FAQ’s:


1. What is your warranty?

Although rare, if your piece comes with a faulty clasp and breaks within the first 30 days, email us thegirls@prettylittlepiece.com and we will get a replacement sent your way!

2. What is the lead time on an order?

Although we try to get everything out as timely as possible, we are two moms with a bus full of kids and sometimes “life happens”. Because each piece is made to order, we have a lead time of 3-7 business days.

3. How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our sizing chart attached below. If you are in between sizes, it is always safe to size up.

4. Where are our items from?

All of our pieces are handmade by us in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. All of our materials are sourced from other small businesses in the U.S.A. 

5. What are shipping costs?

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. All other orders will be charged standard shipping rates.

6. What is your return policy?

Because all of our items are handmade and unique, we do not offer any returns or refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the fit of your piece, please reach out to us within the first 30 days. 

7. Is customization offered?

Customization is one of the most fun parts of our job! If you have a customization inquiry please email us and we can talk about bringing your pretty little piece to life. Please note that customized pieces sometimes require souring certain products that are not currently in stock. Due to this, customized projects may have a longer lead time.

8. What materials are used in our jewelry?

All of our pieces are made with either 925 sterling silver or 14k gold filled chains and products. Gold filled products differ from gold plated in that gold filled is at least 5% gold by weight bonded to a stronger base metal. What this does is allow for a more durable piece that is also more cost effective, and because it is filled not plated, it will not chip off and cause skin irritations over time.

9. Is the jewelry durable through water/sweat?

Yes! All of our jewelry is water and sweat proof, although, to keep your jewelry looking shiny and new we recommend removing it before going into chlorinated pools/hot tubs and saltwater. 

10. How do I care for my pretty little piece?

To care for your pretty little piece we suggest occasionally washing with warm water and immediately drying. If you want to take cleaning one step further, jewelry cleaning cloths and solutions also do wonders according to manufacturer directions.
